Please note, this does not impact your investment in the Fund, and you are not required to take any action as a result of this name change.
Is there any impact on my investment in the Fund? Are there changes to the Fund’s investment strategy, process, approach or the investment team?
No. There are no changes to the way your investment is managed because of the name change.
Are there changes to the Fund’s fees or charges?
No, there will be no changes to the fees or charges associated with your investment in the Fund as a result of the name change.
Will the performance of the Fund be affected by the name change?
No, the performance of the Fund will not be affected by the name change. The investment strategy, process, and investment management team remain the same.
How will you communicate with investors and keep them informed?
All investors in the Fund will be sent a communication including an updated Investment Memorandum (IM) for the Fund which outlines the name change.
How was the new name chosen?
The new name was chosen based on feedback from industry participants, stakeholders, and internal teams to better reflect the Fund’s objectives, investment strategy, and lending activities.
Is there any action required from me due to the name change?
No action is required from you. The name change will be automatic, and all relevant documentation will be updated accordingly.
How will this name change be reflected in future statements and reports?
All future statements and reports will reflect the new name, Aura Private Credit Income Fund. Historical reports will retain the original name, the Aura High Yield SME Fund.
